Your responsibilities:


We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant / Healthcare Assistant (m/f/d) for our
MVZ under the direction of Lisa Marie Schöneberg.

This position is full-time (38.5 hours per week) and permanent.

  • Assisting with medical procedures
  • Interviewing patients to assess medical urgency or identify emergencies
  • Scheduling and planning appointments in the surgical department
  • Organizing the flow of appointments
  • Preparing practice rooms and planning internal processes
  • Handling practice correspondence
  • Proper storage and handling of medicines, healing and medical aids
  • Stocking practice supplies
  • Preparing instruments, equipment and apparatus for treatment
  • Sterilization of medical equipment
  • Assisting in sterile and nonsterile procedures in the operating room

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a healthcare assistant or medical assistant
  • Ideally, experience or knowledge in surgery
  • Experience in outpatient surgery and sterilization would be desirable, but not required
  • Flexible, motivated and able to work independently with a structured and goaloriented approach
  • Friendly, teamoriented and empathetic in dealing with patients
  • Proficient in using computers
