Administrative Assistant as a Financial / Childcare Funding Officer

Pay grade 7 TVÖD (VKA), up to 39 hours/week, permanent, location Werder (Havel), Department of Children, Youth and Family, Financial Assistance for Families Department

Your responsibilities

  • Revision of guidelines for promoting childcare in the district
  • Advising childcare providers on funding options and questions regarding financing
  • Independently drafting circulars
  • Preparation, implementation and follow-up of events (conference, supervision, training and further education)
  • Determination and collection of cost rates for childcare in family or large family childcare facilities
  • Financing of ongoing services for childcare providers and contributions to social security, insurance for childcare providers
  • Participation in budget planning and providing financial support for controlling
