    Program Director

    Salary:
    Guaranteed $45,000 to $50,000 salary + potential for performance based bonuses



    Company:
    Crouching Tigers - A dynamic mobile teaching company specialized in martial arts and tumbling for children aged 2 to 8, expanding its operations to Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

    We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to lead our expansion into this new region. As Crouching Tigers steps into this thrilling adventure, the Program Director will have a key role in establishing our presence, identifying prime locations, and building relationships with childcare centers, preschools, daycares, and after-school programs across Milwaukee.

    About the Role:
    The Program Director will oversee all aspects of the Crouching Tigers program in Milwaukee. They are responsible for the growth of the team while upholding the company's professional standards and excellence. As part of the field leadership squad, the Program Director is expected to actively contribute to the growth, success, and influence of Crouching Tigers in the community, representing the company with distinction.

    The ideal candidate must have a strong inclination towards working with young children and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Additionally, they should be capable of motivating and offering constructive feedback to the staff when necessary.

    Responsibilities Include:
    • Management of Instructors and Assistant Program Directors: Cultivating a positive team environment and fostering professional growth.
    • Training: Arranging and conducting training sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
    • Location Management and Business Development: Supervising operations, tackling site-related issues, and identifying growth opportunities.
    • Teaching and Substitution: Conducting martial arts and tumbling lessons and acting as a substitute as needed.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Experience in leadership or management roles.
    • Experience working with groups of children.
    • Access to a reliable vehicle and a driver's license.
    • Background in martial arts and/or gymnastics is advantageous.

    Physical Demands:

    This role entails an active and dynamic individual comfortable with physical activities, standing, walking, and engaging throughout the workday. The position involves consistent use of hands, arms, and legs, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, and projecting voice loudly.


    Notes:
