We currently provide the opportunity for a hybrid/flex-hour work schedule.**We are currently seeking a
Marketing Coordinator for our
Syosset LI office.

This is an entry-level position that could lead to a rewarding marketing career. There is an opportunity to grow professionally and collaborate on exciting projects in the AEC industry.

Responsibilities:

Support our marketing team in the preparation of qualifications statements/proposals
Interface with technical personnel and coordinate submissions with sub consultants
Manage and update information in our marketing database
Assist with social media content
Marketing administration duties as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing or Communications required
Experience in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
23 years worworking experience a big+

Commitment to quality
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Team player

Compensation: Minimum: $60,000
Maximum: $70,000
