  • Independent planning and implementation of projects in the production area (Industry 4.0, Lean Management, workplace design,...)
  • Supporting operational management and specialists in implementing the assembly roadmap
  • Analyzing, developing, and optimizing processes
  • Collaborating on the revision of the 5S concept in the pre-assembly and final assembly areas
  • Creating presentations, templates, and instructions
  • Assisting in organizing and conducting workshops (5S, value stream design,...)

Your Profile. What You Bring

  • Studies at a university or technical college in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production technology, or a comparable technical field
  • Knowledge in the areas of assembly, Lean Management, and project management is an advantage
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Team and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
  • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
