Key Account Manager for Bavaria

Our client is dedicated to improving healthcare through fast and accurate diagnostic testing.

The Key Account Manager (m/f/d) will be responsible for a specific sales territory in Munich, making a significant impact on the organization. This position is part of the German sales team and is a field-based role with a home office in Munich, Bavaria. The role will also require frequent travel within the designated territory.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage and grow business within the assigned geography, including hospitals, private laboratories, and point-of-care settings
  • Drive complex sales from introducing new diagnostic concepts to closing and implementing them
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with key accounts in private labs
  • Introduce and develop new testing in point-of-care settings
  • Promote and increase adoption of new assays and instrumentation
  • Collaborate with internal resources such as Field Application Specialists and Marketing to develop and implement customer-specific sales strategies
  • Create and deliver presentations and proposals
  • Host and assist with product shows
  • Manage customer data in the company's CRM system
  • Achieve sales goals for instruments and reagents
