- Lead the development of new products, from concept to production, ensuring they meet functional, cost, reliability, manufacturability, and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to execute new product development and product maintenance projects, driving on-time completion.
- Research and develop core technologies to sustain or improve Bray's competitive lead in the market.
- Evaluate technical risks throughout the development process and review engineering team work for correctness and accuracy.
- Effectively communicate technical information to co-workers, customers, and suppliers in a neutral to positive manner.
- Establish and maintain best engineering practices, serving as a mentor to other engineers within the company.
- Preferred experience in the valve/flow control industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
- Proficiency with SolidWorks, FEA simulations, CFD simulations, Microsoft Project, and Excel-related tools preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in valve or industrial design.

Role Overview: As a Senior Valve Design Engineer at Bray International, you will play a key role in the development of new products, providing leadership and technical expertise to ensure the success of our projects.
