Responsibilities include the following:

• Preparing drive-through during opening and closing for customers

a. Counting the cash drawer

b. Turning on the computer and phones

c. Making sure the drive-thru is clean and orderly

d. Checking all products for cleanliness and stock

• Keeping DuMor clean as a whistle

a. Maintaining a dust-free front counter

b. Maintaining products, keep in stock, keep dust-free

c. Making sure office is swept and clean

d. Inspecting trash and disposing when necessary

e. Keeping bathrooms clean and useable; Replacing toilet paper, paper towel, etc.

f. Maintaining a clean break room/kitchen for employees

g. Picking up trash and other debris in front of customer entrance

• Greeting customers

a. Helping customers load heavy product into cars

b. Answering questions, helping customers making an informed purchase

c. Product knowledge

d. Checking out customers paying with cash, check, or credit card

• First to answer incoming phone calls

a. Transferring calls to appropriate department

b. Taking payments over the phone

c. Answering questions

d. Shipping filters when necessary

• Tracking and recording all over the counter sales and payments
• Putting out and processing incoming mail including packages from UPS, FedEx, etc. and delivering to correct dept.
• Processing warranty paperwork for new equipment
• Cross training

a. Knowing the basics in each department and knowing how DuMor functions as a whole

• Customer Service

a. Prompt service (same day or next day)


Skills Required:

• Google (Docs, Spreadsheets, Gmail, and Calendar) experience
• Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Cash handling and math skills are a must
• Multi-tasking and being able to work in a fast-paced setting
• Selling skills
• Written and telephone communication

Job Types:

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
