Job summary
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support our Dalton GA operations. This position requires a strong working knowledge of core HR functions and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate already understands foundational HR processes and can execute them confidently with minimal oversight..
- Serve as the on-site HR point of contact for employees in Dalton
- Manage full-cycle onboarding including new hire paperwork and ADP data entry
- Assist employees completing paper onboarding forms and ensure accurate system entry
