    IMC is looking to add a Physician Clinic Quality Analyst to join our Business Office and Clinical Practice team.

    In this role, the Physician Clinic Quality Analyst will be responsible for:

    Designing curriculum for onboarding all clinicalstaff and providers using the Harris CareTracker EHR, creating custom training documentation for various workflows, working as liaison and software champion between clinics and outside vendors forvarious projects by way of data integration, custom reporting, and workflowadaptation.

    Proficiency in computers, software and web based applications, as well as the ability to quickly learn the Electronic Health Record (EHR) utilized by IMC is a must.


    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
    High School Diploma or equivalent, requiredBachelor's Degree, preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &


    ABILITIES:


    Proficiency in using computers, software andweb-based applications, including but not limited to Microsoft office suiteProficiency with or the ability to quickly learnthe organization's EHR and other associated software applicationsEffective verbal and written communicationskills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varyinglevels throughout the organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsThorough understanding of local, state andfederal laws involving EHR and other clinical practicesAbility to organize and prioritize work withminimum supervision.

    Ability to perform most essential job dutiesindependently and exercise good judgmentMust be a self-starterFlexible, detail-oriented, and multi-taskeffectivelyESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES &


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Designscurriculum for onboarding all clinical staff and providers using the HarrisCareTracker EHR.Coordinates,schedules, and leads all training sessions for providers, both remote andon-site leading up to go-live.

    Createscustom training documentation for various workflows, both general and clientspecific.
    Responsiblefor preparing client databases for go-live including schedule template building.
    Buildscustom ad hoc reporting for financial records, custom patient list generation,dashboards, and clinical Quality initiatives.
    Travelsto offices for regular site visits twice a week or as needed.

    Worksas liaison and software champion between clinics and outside vendors forvarious projects by way of data integration, custom reporting, and workflowadaptation.

    Ensuresthat all relevant providers are enrolled in necessary components for reportingand provides additional training or custom documentation when necessary.
    Workswith providers and staff on giving recommendations for workflow changes whennecessary and coordinating follow-ups with supervisors.

    Responsiblefor data consolidation and aggregation for reporting, as well as the formalattestation for submission of data for MIPS.Staysup to date with all program changes to adapt clinic workflows when necessary.

    Servesas site manager and first-point contact for EHR needs.
    Worksdirectly with the physician clinic manager for internal reporting projectsincluding company revenue, customer profitability, and operator productivity.
    Credentialingspecialist for all physicians.
    Responsiblefor the on/offboarding of all company contractors, submitting New User Requestsand providing logins to new operators.

    IT technical support for the employedphysician group employees as a first-line contact before a formal IT supportticket needs to be issued.
