Description

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you for the qualification as a switch mechanic (m/f/d) at DB InfraGO AG at one of the following locations: Landshut, Regensburg, Schwandorf, Cham, Amberg. After the qualification, your daily work will begin and end at your central base.
Your tasks:

You are responsible for the inspection, maintenance and repair of mechanical components on switches and signal boxes
You will mostly carry out the work in your regional area independently and reliably as part of a team
You will also carry out repair work on LST systems (signal and safety technology) according to the instructions of the construction management and under the guidance of signal mechanics
You are also responsible for creating measurement and test protocols as well as completion reports
You will use the materials, modern equipment and measuring instruments provided to you conscientiously and professionally

Your profile:

Successfully completed vocational training in the field of metal processing, e.g. metalworker, industrial mechanic, construction mechanic or similar
Willingness to work outdoors, even in adverse conditions such as cold, wet
