Sky Vape in Suwanee, GA is looking for one customer service to join our team. We are located on 3131 Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd Suite C2. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel at home
• Answer any questions the customers may have
• Assist Customers in preparing their orders
• Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Must be over the age of 21
• No Criminal records
• Have knowledge of vape, Hookah, CBD, etc..
• Able to up-sale products
• Must be able to communicate and perform job tasks required by management

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled Customers
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
• Good communication skills with customers
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability for shifts (May need to work weekdays)
