Our Material Handlers are excited and eager to play a vital role in assisting our company in delivering perfect products to our customers.

We are looking for someone who has a strong attention to detail and shares in Royal's values.

Based out of our Quincy facility in Hudsonville, this position reports directly to the team supervisor and supports 2nd shift (4pm-12am).

Job Responsibilities:
Warehouse finished goods and raw material Supply manufacturing with raw materials Maintain inventory accuracy Load and unload trucks

Starting Wage:
$18.90/hour + quarterly bonuses What You'll

Bring Qualifications:
High school diploma (or equivalent)

Basic knowledge of computers and warehousing functions Ability to operate a forklift (sit down) Willing and able to work overtime as needed Ability to work 2nd shift: 4pm-12am What You'll Get No Sunday work Weekly pay Quarterly bonuses based on profitability Ownership in the company through our ESOP plan (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) Outstanding medical insurance On-site wellness facility available 24 hours a day
