We are a customer-focused CPA and Wealth Management firm seeking a Front Desk Receptionist in a pleasant work environment near I-10 and Voss.

This position plays a key role in supporting both clients and staff.

The Front Desk receptionist must be a self-starter, very motivated, detail focused; someone who loves to organize, is familiar with computer-based calendaring software, accompanied with expert communication/interpersonal skills.

Our company is team-based and all employees wear many "hats" to achieve a high level of client satisfaction.


Responsibilities include:

  • Making/Answering phone calls to clients & setting up appointments
  • Greet visitors/clients
  • Organizing client information
  • Creating PDFs & Faxing documents
  • Copying and scanning files
  • Data entry into different programs
  • Create UPS & Certified mailings
  • Regular communication with different team members on projects
  • Assisting staff as needed for specific projects and deadlines
  • Handling highly confidential information
  • Other duties as assigned

Key Attributes/Qualifications of this position:

  • Knowledgeable and have experience working for an accounting firm (or similar) a plus
  • Extremely detailoriented and skilled at managing multiple tasks calmly and with poise
  • Must be a selfstarter, motivated, very organized and a fast learner
  • Has excellent verbal skills and written communication skills
  • Pay close attention to details; high level of accuracy
  • Enjoys challenges of changing schedules and calendaring
  • Skilled at MS Office, Excel & DocuSign
  • Teamplayer & Flexible
  • Ability to work with a team or independently to achieve a goal

Pay:
$40,000.00 per year

Education:


  • Associate (preferred)

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)
