Description

If so, a Senior Accountant position might be the perfect fit for youWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.
Senior Accountant Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, receivable, fixed assets, and payroll.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Perform account reconciliations and identify and resolve discrepancies
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP)
Create and maintain detailed financial records
Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement
Prepare reports and presentations for management
Assist with external audits
May supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
Senior Accountant Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA preferred)
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a senior accounting role
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP)
Proven experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
