If so, a Senior Accountant position might be the perfect fit for youWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.
Senior Accountant Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, receivable, fixed assets, and payroll.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsPerform account reconciliations and identify and resolve discrepanciesAssist with month-end and year-end closing proceduresMaintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP)Create and maintain detailed financial recordsAnalyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvementPrepare reports and presentations for managementAssist with external auditsMay supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
Senior Accountant Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA preferred)Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a senior accounting roleStrong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP)Proven experience with accounting software (e.g.
, QuickBooks)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSenior Accountant Benefits:
