Overview:


In addition to core project management competencies, this individual will leverage industry experience and critical thinking to build new ways of working for the capability.

Zooming in on detail and zooming out to see the big picture will be a daily exercise. This role will also pay special attention to complex world of collaborations and partnerships. Thinking 360° across business, product, and marketing will be a key skill.

This business will include three areas of focus: Licensing, Partnerships/Collaborations, and Premiums.

These pillars create brand engagement and organically inspire consumers to create meaningful content for the organization's portfolio of brands through product.

Additionally, this platform will generate pride for our PEP associates around the world.


Responsibilities:


Integration and Strategy:


  • Support building and executing strategic initiatives for Global Licensing and Merchandise including frameworks of operation, business priorities, and measuring success
  • Lead seamless cross functional work planning around licensing and fashion creative with strong gotomarket execution, especially with partnerships and collaborations
  • Standardize briefing processes and ensure teams are clear on objectives and KPIs
  • Provide thought partnership with functional leads on broad range of businesscritical topics
  • Captain priority strategic workstreams, defining scope, goals, and benchmarks for success
  • Identify new opportunities to enhance the efficiency of the division

Relationship Management:


  • Be an advocate for the division and influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Manage relationships with key vendors, agencies, and external partners
  • Serve as team voice in meetings in lieu of Sr. Director, Licensing and Merchandise
  • Create new connection points across the organization in the spirit of sharing and visibility

Project Management:


  • Develop and manage detailed project calendars and workflows across business and design functions
  • Serve as nexus for all teams across workstreams to create visibility, accountability, and synergy
  • Communicate updates to stakeholders about strategy and progress to inform decisionmaking
  • Manage contracts with key vendors by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Anticipate resources needed to reach objectives and prioritize efforts accordingly
  • Support budgeting and financial reconciliation for the department

Compensation and Benefits:


  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $79,800 $133,450 based on a fulltime schedule
  • Location, confirmed jobrelated skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually

Qualifications:

Job Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, design management, or 58 years of fulltime project management experience
  • Prior work experience with partnerships, endorsements, and collaborations
  • Strong understanding of licensing, merchandising, and product creation
  • Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
