Your tasks with us

You have your high school diploma in your pocket or are about to graduate and want to learn a commercial profession with a lot of contact with other people? Then you've come to the right place with us.
During your two-year apprenticeship, you will lay the foundation for your personal career. You will support our employees in the service center with the following tasks:

- Telephone support for new and existing tenants
- Telephone acceptance of repair and insurance orders
- Disposition and preparation of work for our craftsmen/subcontractors
- Creation of new and follow-up orders, maintenance and vacant apartment appointments

and much more

The knowledge acquired in practical training will be supplemented theoretically by attending vocational school. The lessons take place in blocks in Halle (Saale).

Your profile:

You have a good middle school diploma or a higher school leaving certificate or are about to graduate
- You have a communicative nature
- You are familiar with common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and have already worked with them
