Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead all leasing operations to meet or exceed financial goals and occupancy levels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the rental experience and facilitate resident transitions.
  • Conduct regular market analyses to stay informed of industry trends.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and community outreach initiatives.
  • Enforce community policies regarding rental incentives and promotions.
  • Ensure thorough inspections and preparation of rental units for new residents.
  • Stay informed of market conditions and competitor strategies to devise effective marketing strategies.
  • Manage community CRM and property management software platforms.
  • Optimize activation of community amenities to engage residents fully.
  • Plan and coordinate community events to foster engagement.
  • Maintain community and units in pristine condition through regular inspections and collaboration with maintenance team.
  • Conduct followups with potential and current residents to enhance satisfaction and encourage leasing and renewals.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a leasing consultant.
  • At least 2 years of marketing experience preferred.
  • Previous roles in customer service and sales desirable.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in working autonomously and managing multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with fair housing legislation and compliance.
  • Understanding of current housing market trends and operations.
  • Preferred experience in AppFolio and Knock.
