Job summary
This role starts with grunt work such as auditing notes, cleaning up messy spreadsheets and manually mapping workflows. You will build the CS operational foundation from scratch.
Responsibilities
- The "Clean Sweep": Reconcile every existing customer ensuring health scores match reality and plans are in place.
- The Deployment Factory: Cut our "Time-to-Value" drastically by shaping the definitive Implementation Playbook, operationalizing the "Pre-Flight Checklists".
