Are you passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences? Rai's Pizza & Rai's Pour House in Sterling is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food Runner/ Takeout/ Expo.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Food Running:
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of dishes from the kitchen to the appropriate tables.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain communication on order readiness.
Takeout Coordination:
- Handle takeout orders efficiently and ensure accurate packaging.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers picking up their orders.
Expo Duties:
- Act as the liaison between the kitchen and the frontofhouse staff.
- Ensure all orders are accurate and meet quality standards before being served.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with servers, chefs, and other team members to maintain a smooth flow of operations.
- Communicate effectively to ensure all orders are executed flawlessly.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and ability to handle pressure during busy times.
- Those with a genuine passion for the food and beverage industry.
- Individuals with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
