As part of our growth strategy, we are currently seeking your dedicated support as a SALES SUPPORT EMPLOYEE (M/F/D) with flexible working hours.


OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
You will support our experienced employees in the sales department or actively participate in departmental projects.

This position offers an interesting entry as an all-rounder (m/f/d) at Kieler Volksbank, as you will be deployed in various sales areas and have the opportunity to get to know them and gain valuable experience.


POSSIBLE TASKS DEPENDING ON THE DEPARTMENT:

  • Competent advice and support for customers
  • Active participation in sales projects
  • Processing of customer inquiries and orders
  • Preparation of documents and contracts
  • Participation in sales events and campaigns
  • Support in market and competition analysis
  • Collaboration with other departments and teams

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • First professional experience in the banking or financial sector is an advantage
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
