What You Will Do:
Create, implement and evaluate multi-faceted clinical professional development programs that drive standardization and support achievement of strategic business priorities.
- Align the organization's clinical professional development strategies with the strategic priorities.
- Provide leadership for development of clinical education services and budget stewardship to ensure alignment with organizational needs and strategic direction.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders and internal or external partners to support the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical professional development programs.
- Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
What You Will Need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 18 Months (1 1/2 year) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
