What You Will Do:
Create, implement and evaluate multi-faceted clinical professional development programs that drive standardization and support achievement of strategic business priorities.

Align the organization's clinical professional development strategies with the strategic priorities.
Provide leadership for development of clinical education services and budget stewardship to ensure alignment with organizational needs and strategic direction.
Establish relationships with key stakeholders and internal or external partners to support the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical professional development programs.
Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.

What You Will Need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 18 Months (1 1/2 year) of hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
