Processing of incoming invoices - verification, coding, and booking
Reconciliation of accounts and clarification of invoice and payment discrepancies
Consultation with departments and monitoring of internal ordering system
Preparation of VAT returns
Management of dunning process
Support in preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements according to HGB
