Description

Responsible for provider network strategy/design for all products and networks.

Ensures Medica's provider networks meets federal, state and private adequacy measures by completing analysis, identifying gaps, researching and recommending solutions for provider network optimization.

Partner with product and legal for regulatory review, submission of data filings and approvals. Ad hoc reporting duties for various business teams throughout organization.

This is a Senior level professional position. Accountable for more complex responsibilities with minimal supervision. Serves as a resource to others.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
5+ years of work experience in data analysis and reporting beyond degree

Skill and Abilities:
Advanced skills in Excel and Access required
Provider experience preferred
SQL experience preferred
Quest experience preferred
Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Detail oriented/analytical and critical thinking, creative - thinks outside the box
Must possess strong decision making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication

This position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the designated office, Minnetonka, MN for applicable heads-up work.

Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership.

The full salary range for this position is $60,000 - $102,800.

Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
