This job operates in a professional office environment, that consists of collaboration and working to get what is necessary done.
Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage scheduling and coordinating between various tenants and parties
- Assist in creating lease documents and notices.
- Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
Experience:
- Experience as a real estate assistant, paralegal, or in a similar role
- Use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
