This job operates in a professional office environment, that consists of collaboration and working to get what is necessary done.


Duties:


  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage scheduling and coordinating between various tenants and parties
  • Assist in creating lease documents and notices.
  • Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies
  • Maintain office organization and cleanliness

Experience:


  • Experience as a real estate assistant, paralegal, or in a similar role
  • Use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
