- Inspires and motivates the teams to achieve assigned sales and reporting targets.
- Responsible for store sales and operational performance.
- Meet or exceed established monthly/weekly personal KPIs.
- Executes recruiting efforts to maintain required staffing levels of top-quality talent in all assigned locations.
- Conducts daily field visits to ensure excellence and maintains a visible presence in the market.
- Analyzes performance data, reports on wireless store strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, and takes appropriate actions based on store/market needs.
- Builds professional relationships with in-store management and associates.
- Sets the standard for professionalism, work ethic, and determination.
- Minimum of two years of quota-based sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
- Sales Management experience preferred
- Wireless, consumer electronics, or related sales experience preferred

Wireless Sales Manager
Premium Retail Services operates in over 900 retail locations with a dedicated smartphone sales team of more than 2,400 professionals. As a highly motivated and results-driven multi-unit Wireless Sales Manager, you will recruit, lead, and motivate a team of experienced Wireless Sales Pros to achieve sales and business targets in multiple retail locations. Our client is a retail leader in North America, and we have significant shopper traffic every day, providing sales and commission opportunities.
Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be eager to learn. We'll provide all the training you need about wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions through ongoing in-store and online training.
