Position Overview:


As a Financial Analyst at ABFS, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, providing insights, and supporting strategic decision-making.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient financial processes and contribute to the overall success of our organization.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and assess their impact on company finances.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to facility operations.
  • Collaborate with accounting, operations, and procurement teams to optimize financial processes.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and vendor management.
  • Understand cost accounting
  • Provide recommendations for costsaving initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and other analytical tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of facilities management industry practices is a plus.
