Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

As a Financial Analyst at ABFS, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, providing insights, and supporting strategic decision-making.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient financial processes and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Evaluate investment opportunities and assess their impact on company finances.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to facility operations.
Collaborate with accounting, operations, and procurement teams to optimize financial processes.
Assist in contract negotiations and vendor management.
Understand cost accounting
Provide recommendations for costsaving initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst.
Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and other analytical tools.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of facilities management industry practices is a plus.
