Support with daily tasks and promotion of independent living
Consultation for care recipients and their families
Information exchange during handovers and team meetings

Your qualifications:

Completed training in elderly, health or nursing care or equivalent education
Good knowledge of implementing expert standards
Familiarity with PC applications
Responsible, teamoriented, committed, and able to make decisions and handle criticism
Empathy and enjoyment in working with older and dependent individuals
