- Handle the complete accounts receivable cycle, from creating invoices to processing payments efficiently.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payments by reconciling customer accounts regularly.
- Take charge of generating and sending invoices, tracking overdue payments, and resolving billing queries with clients.
- Conduct routine audits of accounts to detect and address any discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tackle and resolve customer issues or disputes effectively.
- Prepare reports on the status of accounts receivable and contribute to financial forecasting initiatives.
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, adept at prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in Accounting ERP software to streamline receivables management.
- Possess experience and proficiency in MS Office Applications Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
