Winsupply of South San Diego is a local wholesale distributor of residential and commercial plumbing supplies.

We're a team of go-getters that will do Whatever Is Necessary (WIN) to be the best partners to our customers in the San Diego market.

We're looking for individuals with the same "hustle" mentality who are as motivated as we are to help us provide the best experience for our customers.

As a Driver & Warehouse Associate, you'll be the tip of the spear in providing that experience as you'll interact with customers on a daily basis, ensuring materials are delivered on-time, with a smile (and sometimes a "hell yeah, brother").

During down time (time not spent on the road), you'll be asked to help us keep our home clean and efficient -, pulling orders for the next day, putting away stock and keeping us efficient


Qualifications:

• You have a sense of urgency we like people who like to go fast
• You have attention to detail we have a lot of moving parts in our business, it helps if you can keep things together
• Desire to learn our company provides a lot of opportunity. If you want a place to grow, we can help you with that
• Good with digital systems we hate paper
• Ability to lift packages upwards of 50+ lbs. at least you'll look buff after a day of work (or shed that extra weight you've been wanting to get rid of)
• Have a driver's license with a clean driving record
• You generally kickass we love people who are as unique as we are
• Ability to work overtime sometimes more is called of us than the normal 8 hours, you'll need to be willing to pitch in a little extra sometimes (and make a few extra $$$ of course)

Responsibilities:

• Completing daily routes of deliveries to our customers that make their lives better hopefully following road rules of course
• Pulling new orders (this is where that attention to detail will help)
• Putting away stock material and making sure it gets in the right place
• Learn (and learn a lot) we'll often have you help out in other areas of the business like receiving and sales

We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.


Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour


Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
