We are seeking a self-confident, reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role requires a full range of administrative and clerical duties that support the daily work of our staff.As the first point of contact for the organization, the Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities include:
- Work in conjunction with the administrative team to ensure an efficient workflow
- Model exemplary customer service
- Greet and assist visitors and staff
- Answer and direct calls in a positive, professional manner
- Data entry and generating reports
- Technical troubleshooting
- Maintain files and records
- Record meeting minutes
- Handle overall responsibility for mail distribution (incoming and outgoing)
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- General clerical duties (scanning, faxing, mailouts, filing, shredding, etc.)
- Perform all other duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Table
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams)
- Highlevel verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Selfstarter with strong work ethic
- Ability to stay calm and collected under pressure
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Positive cando attitude

Pay:
$15.71 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
