- Deliver live webinars, interactive online training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to train and onboard clients on our healthcare solutions.
- Develop and maintain engaging training materials and documentation.
- Perform product demonstrations for potential clients and provide ongoing customer support and training.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support for customers and users, working closely with developers and product managers to resolve issues.
- Stay updated on the latest healthcare technology and trends to improve our solutions and training materials continuously.
- Collaborate with IT, product and project management, as well as sales and marketing teams for cohesive product knowledge and effective implementation.
- Occasionally travel for in-person training sessions, client meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a related field, with preference for candidates experienced in working with online products within the sectors of healthcare, public health, social work, medical care, community health, or population health.
- Proven technical acumen with the ability to troubleshoot and provide support for online workflow solutions and databases.
- Strong background in creating and delivering training programs, with an ability to engage a diverse audience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology, data analysis tools, and EHR systems is a plus.

Headquartered in North Carolina's Research Triangle, we offer an array of quality improvement, clinical review, audit, technical, and consulting services and solutions to improve care delivery, system performance, and patient outcomes.
Constellation Quality Health recently acquired an innovative software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to enhance the connection between healthcare systems and community-based programs. Our technology supports referral processes, program implementation, data management, and reporting to improve health outcomes across 14 states.
What You'll Do:
We are seeking a Product Specialist with a strong background in healthcare and technology. This role involves using online tools for training and virtual and in-person product demonstrations to onboard and support clients.
