you as soon as possible in Baden-Württemberg for our senior center MENetatis Villingen-Schwenningen as a
Quality Officer
(m/f/d):


Your
responsibilities:


  • Monitoring the quality in terms of structure, process, and outcome
  • Consulting, accompanying, and supporting the facilities in qualityrelated issues within the nursing sector
  • Participation in the internal continuous improvement process
  • Conducting internal training, for example on expert standards and individual coaching, such as in the context of nursing documentation
  • Participation in the training of nursing service managers and staff
  • Planning and conducting internal audits and their followup
  • Preparation for and participation in external inspections (supervisory authorities and MDK, etc.) and their followup
  • Implementation of the requirements and guidelines of the central quality management

Your
profile:


  • Qualification as a nursing service manager
  • High social competence towards residents and employees
  • Completed training in nursing or elderly care
  • Several years of experience in elderly care, preferably in leadership positions
  • Good IT skills / high IT affinity
  • Willingness for further training and development
