Description

YOUR TASKS:

  • Entering, monitoring and plausibility checking of delivery calls/orders
  • Telephone and written customer support
  • Monitoring of deadlines
  • Notification of sea, air and truck shipments as well as special trips
  • Creation of national and international delivery documents in the ERP system according to delivery allocation and handover to the logistics center
  • Invoicing, invoice verification and, if necessary, price corrections
  • Creation of customs documents in coordination with the customs officer
  • Processing of customer and freight forwarding internet portals according to requirements
  • Checking incoming freight forwarding invoices for formal and material correctness
  • Calculation of tool costs
  • Various support tasks for the key account managers
  • Maintenance, input and recording of data/orders in the ERP system

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • First experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in Azle
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes
  • High level of reliability and accuracy
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
