Craig Instruments Ltd is looking for an Business Operations Associate to start immediately.Associate must be a self-starter, very motivated, detail focused; someone who loves to organize, is familiar with computer-based software, and accompanied with expert communication/interpersonal skills.
Key Attributes/Requirements of this position:
- Ability to pay close attention to detail entering data from Customer Orders with a high degree of accuracy
- Must be a selfstarter, motivated, very organized and a fast learner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer Experience: Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe PDF.
- Working knowledge of office equipment like printers, phone system, and fax machines.
- Previous accounting experience such as accounts payable and accounts receivable entry and reconciliation.
- Past experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Responsibilities will consist of:
- Customer Order Entry
- Preparing Documentation
- Accounts Payable and Receivable Entry
- Reconciliation of Expense Accounts
- Scanning and Filing of documents
