Description
Looking for an assistant helping to manage short term rental such as Airbnb, long term rental properties such as paper works, utilities bills, scanning and office work.
Need to have a transportation. Looking for someone who has open schedule and willing to learn. We will train.Responsibilities:
- Send calendars to owner and cleaners.
- Response to guests from Airbnb app, text and phone call.
- Contact the maintenance technician to go the job site.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Will train.
Salary:
$19-21

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
