Due to growth in our business, Dynamic Ratings is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team The Production Supervisor will schedule and direct the workflow of team members to meet production goals and will coordinate an efficient handoff between engineering and manufacturing.

Leadership is key in motivating direct reports and building an environment to encourage feedback and produce results.

In this role, the Production Supervisor will:

• Meet production volume by assigning employees to appropriate jobs, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, and resolving issues.
• Read and analyze work orders, production schedules, and other reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
• Ensure the final product meets or exceeds specifications defined by the customer.
• Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
• Train new assemblers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent; some technical college education preferred.

years electrical assembly experience, including supervisory experience.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including wire stripping, wire cutting, and soldering.
• Familiarity with tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, screw drivers, and drills.
• Ability to read mechanical prints.
• Proven ability to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Solid Microsoft PC skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
