Your Role

Your role will involve providing comprehensive customer advice. You will get to know the different aspects of banking in our branches and specialist departments and will be close to the customer from the first day of your apprenticeship. Independent and responsible work is highly valued from the beginning, especially during your placement in our apprentice competence centers. Throughout your apprenticeship, we offer practical seminars, communication training, and targeted exam preparation at our training center in Essen.
