Overview of Role
- Maintain customer profiles up to date and ensure it reflects any changes or new request.
- Gather information needed to be able to send statements to customers in a timely manner.
- Keep track and record of all transactions by credit card and providing the receipts when needed.
- Help settle any chargebacks or deductions by appointed date.
- Avert bad debt losses to the business
- Relationship build with our retailers and various brands to help find resolutions to any credit needs that may arise.
- Help create actions plans for monthly Accounts Receivable reconciliations.
- Will entail daily collections and reviewing of holds.
