We are looking to add another cleaner to help with multiple properties and short-term rentals we manage in the Dane County Area.

This position would need to commute between multiple properties within 30 miles of Madison, WI. Patriot Properties offers a generous reimbursement for travel


General Cleaner Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning apartment units after tenant moveouts
  • Cleaning units used for shortterm rentals
  • Cleaning common areas such as hallways, stairways and property grounds of apartment buildings

Qualifications:

  • Critical thinking capabilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Cellphone for communication and general knowledge of use

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
