:conwic is an IT consulting company specialized in banking and insurance. With our competence center "Application Development", we are one of the leading partners for our clients in developing innovative application systems.

We are currently looking for software developers (m/f/d) for Java / JEE applications to strengthen our teams in in-house development and for on-site consulting at our location in Dortmund.

Your challenges:

  • Conceptualization and implementation of innovative software solutions, primarily in the financial services sector
  • Maintenance and continuous development of existing applications
  • In direct collaboration with our clients and as part of a team, you will gather requirements and take on the technical conception and implementation

Your skills and requirements:

  • Successfully completed studies in computer science or a comparable field (entry-level candidates are also welcome)
  • Practical experience in software development with JAVA and current frameworks
  • Basic knowledge of Java EE and web services (REST, JSON, XML, SOAP)
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

Advantageous skills:

  • Practical experience with database systems in the context of multi-tier architectures with application servers
  • Experience in front-end development with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or Bootstrap
