    Looking for an experienced carpenter /remodeler to do various home repair and remodel work. Both being hands-on in the field and lead your on-site team.

    We do both interior and exterior home improvement jobs from small updates to full remodels. Interior skills are a must. Exterior experience is a plus

    This position is for highly organized and customer centric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results. Previous handyman experience is an asset, but not required - basic construction skills are necessary. This is a great opportunity to develop alongside a fast growing company.     RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Lead on-site crew
    • Working with home owners to provide exceptional customer service
    • Completing various home repair and remodel jobs such as drywall, carpentry, flooring, painting, electrical and plumbing, etc.
    • Planning and managing the job site
    • Organizing and managing materials and equipment for the jobs
    • Invoicing and payment completion for every job
    • Cleaning the interior and exterior of the company vehicle
    • Assisting in marketing and sales on and around the job sites
    • Representing House Doctors in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise
    SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
    • 7 to 10+ years of field experience in various home improvement and remodel work
    • Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the fence and deck, home repair & improvement industry
    • Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
    • Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
    • Ability to lead your team to deliver desired results and meet team and company goals
    • A strong work ethic and highly dependable
    • Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
    • Driver's license is required
    House Doctors is a professional handyman and home improvements company specializing in both large and small jobs in the St Charles county and West County areas.

    We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working on various home improvement and maintenance projects such as baseboards, crown, finish and trim carpentry, doors, windows, drywall, painting, light plumbing and electrical, flooring, decks, fence, siding & roofing repairs, bath and kitchen remodels, etc.
