    Benefits: 401(k) Competitive salary Health insurance Paid time off Looking for an experienced carpenter /remodeler to do various home repair and remodel work.

    Both being hands-on in the field and lead your on-site team. We do both interior and exterior home improvement jobs from small updates to full remodels. Interior skills are a must.

    Lead on-site crewWorking with home owners to provide exceptional customer serviceCompleting various home repair and remodel jobs such as drywall, carpentry, flooring, painting, electrical and plumbing, etc.


    Planning and managing the job siteOrganizing and managing materials and equipment for the jobsInvoicing and payment completion for every jobCleaning the interior and exterior of the company vehicleAssisting in marketing and sales on and around the job sitesRepresenting House Doctors in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs ariseSKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:7 to 10+ years of field experience in various home improvement and remodel workHands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the fence and deck, home repair & improvement industryAbility to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systemsFriendly personality and committed to great customer serviceAbility to lead your team to deliver desired results and meet team and company goalsA strong work ethic and highly dependableAble to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling toolsDriver's license is requiredHouse Doctors is a professional handyman and home improvements company specializing in both large and small jobs in the St Charles county and West County areas.

    We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working on various home improvement and maintenance projects such as baseboards, crown, finish and trim carpentry, doors, windows, drywall, painting, light plumbing and electrical, flooring, decks, fence, siding & roofing repairs, bath and kitchen remodels, etc.
