You have our customers in focus


Responsibilities:


  • As part of our young team, you ensure the smooth handling of our consolidated import or export shipments
  • You are a competent contact person for our customers and internal departments
  • You primarily work in the day shift and support or represent your colleagues from the night shift
  • Together with your colleagues, you coordinate incoming shipments, handle invoice checks, process shipments, unloading reports, and administrative matters in the department

Profile:


  • You enjoy taking responsibility and providing our customers with the highest level of service
  • You keep the goal in focus while maintaining an overview
  • You are flexible with your time and personally stand out with your high level of commitment
  • You have completed training in the field of freight forwarding and logistics services and have already gained some experience in the freight forwarding industry and in consolidated shipments
  • You enjoy communicating in English and German and are able to use different information and communication tools, or are not afraid to learn new ones.
