Job Summary:


Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and acquire new business in the areas of customs, freight forwarding, and trucking.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our services and market conditions to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
• Conduct client presentations and meetings to promote our services and secure new contracts.
• Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure client needs are met and to facilitate successful service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and followup activities.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and professionals in the logistics sector.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry.
• Strong ability to develop new business through networking and persistence.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
