The Carl Gustav Carus University Hospital in Dresden offers medical care at the highest level and covers the entire spectrum of modern medicine.
It combines 26 specialist clinics, 17 interdisciplinary centers, and four institutes that work closely with the clinical and theoretical institutes of the Medical Faculty.
With 1,410 beds and 201 places for the day treatment of patients, it is one of the largest hospitals in Saxony and the only maximum care hospital in Eastern Saxony.
We are currently seeking a position as a coding specialist in the DRG system, full-time, initially for 24 months.
- Your tasks include coding diagnoses and procedures for billing and preparing until the final verification of DRG cases.
- Furthermore, you will optimize medical documentation for DRGcompliant billing, support in processing inquiries from payers and audits by the Medical Service, and process quality assurance forms.
