Qualifications:

At least 21 years of age

Four year college education is preferred

Food Manager certified

Preferred 1-2 years of GM Experience

Strategic Operations: Contribute thoughtful recommendations to the company's strategic plan through daily dialog and formal reviews with colleagues and superiors; prepare and complete action plans; implement best-in-class SOPs; execute the company's strategic goals in a timely and effective manner.

Team Management: Oversee FOH/BOH staff; responsible for onboarding, training, scheduling, compensation reviews, and performing disciplinary actions as needed; manage overall development/growth of team members to achieve operational and professional goals.

"Four Wall" Management: Maintain all aspects within the four walls of the restaurant, including lighting, music, temperature, cleanliness, inventory of paper goods and retail items, adequate levels of office/bathroom supplies, etc. to ensure customers experience a consistency in appearance and ambiance.

Customer Management: Responsible for customer care, retention and growth through exceptional service, community engagement, and consistent training of staff; actively manage store's Yelp account

Financial Accountability: Achieve financial objectives by closely monitoring & analyzing P&L for sales, COGS, labor and other metrics and trends to ensure maximum profitability and initiate corrective actions; review portion control and quantities of food preparation; minimize waste; control inventory levels

Safety/Sanitary Standards: Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; comply with all safety/sanitary legal regulations; develop and implement disaster plans; maintain security and sprinkler systems; maintain parking areas, walkways and exits.

Litigation: Avoid legal challenges by conforming to federal, state, county and city codes, laws and regulations along with landlord lease requirements.

Continuing Education: Enhance job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining professional networks, and participating in professional organizations.


Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing 50 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion; working with and around hot, cold, and hazardous equipment in a fast paced and congested environment that will occasionally be loud, hot, cold and/or physically demanding.

Position requires occasional travel that may consist of driving and/or airplane flights for a period of one or more days therein requiring one or more overnight stays; notice of travel may be given with very short notice.

Position requires occasional training that may take place on or off
- site, by phone and/or online.
