Conyers, GA What we're looking for:We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to design electrical power and control systems of commercial and industrial refrigeration equipment.
What you'll be responsible for in this role:
Design electrical power systems of commercial and industrial refrigeration equipment Design associated electronic control systems for the equipment Collaborate with Digital Engineering in the development of control schemes and associated software Interpret customer electrical specifications and plan drawings to ensure the designs meet the customer's requirements Collaborate with Sales and Manufacturing to assure the design meets their needs Utilize SolidWorks Electrical & AutoCAD Electrical to develop schematics, 3D models, and associated BOMs Design quality test procedures and test fixtures for the equipment Bench test and lab test electrical systems as required Support manufacturing and field technicians to troubleshoot the design Develop and maintain electrical specification and design standards What are the basic qualifications? Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of electrical engineering experienceWhat are the preferred qualifications? 5+ years of experience in the refrigeration industryTo be a great fit for the role: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with positive can-do attitude Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks Strong attention to accuracy and detail The ability to demonstrate dependability and flexibility to manage work as required Working knowledge of NEC Proficient with AutoCAD Electrical and Solidworks Electrical Microsoft Office SuiteHow We Define Our Values and
