    Description

    The City of Warren is accepting applications for the position of Cashier. This position performs a variety of basic routine clerical work, including but not limited to, answering telephone calls and responding to correspondence, receive and process city payments. Ability to use a variety of office machines including personal computers.

    Requirements:

    • High school or G.E.D. equivalent.
      • Original diploma or official SEALED transcripts REQUIRED at time of application.
    • Ability to pass a typing test at thirty-five (35) net words per minute, and possess basic computer skills
      • Typing test MUST be taken at time of application and can only be taken once.
    • One (1) year experience processing tax bill payments

    Pay rate: $32,000 - $35,000/year (AFTER 2 YEARS)
